When two (original) titles are given

I'm starting to edit the 1943 Hinário Adventista, and already the first hymn has two titles: the English and the German. How do I handle that in the "Original Language Title", for if you go on, you'll notice this will keep happening (not always) throughout the hymnal. What do I do?

Does the hymnal indicate (in the preface or in the back) whether the hymns were translated from English or from German? If not, it looks like the first few hymns were originally in English, so I would add the English title to the original title field (since it is not possible to designate two original languages) and in the note field add "English title: Wonderful Words of Life; German title: Wunderbar Lebenswort"
