I love that your lyrics and note heads are large.
As someone that has astigmatism this is really helpful! How are you able to accomplish this? Is there a particular software you'd recommend? 
 

I write lead sheets for my church pretty regularly and anything you could share would be helpful.

Notation from which source? FlexScores? My.Hymnary? PDF's (which one specifically?)

We use Lilypond with a staff size of 25 and a font size set at #1. The font is Century School.
