Information on [Upward, where the stars are burning] (Mozart)

I was going through Hymns of the Church, which is a Mennonite hymnal published by Benchmark Press, it contains this tune, but is set to a different text.

To my surprise, when I had sight-sung the melody, I noticed it sounded similar to a Mozart piece I was familiar with, and sure enough, it is a work of his.

It is from Bundeslied, K⁶.623a\IWM 59, and is also the same music used for the Austrian national anthem Land der Berge, Land am Strome.
