The Mighty Sea

Very interested in finding a copy of a 1953 hymnal titled "Devotion in Motion", by one C. B. Williams. It's in the hymnary.org database from DNAH records, but not listed in WorldCat.org's database. It's the source of a hymn beginning "Over and over, like a mighty sea" that I only know from its Japanese translation (Sanbika Dainihen, 1974, #171). Would love to see the English. Any leads on either the hymnal or the hymn would be received with deep gratitude.
