Merge "Only Believe" chorus with main authority text?

Paul Rader's song appears to be currently represented in two forms, the full text and the chorus-only. Is this standard procedure, or should the chorus version be merged with the full text?

It is standard procedure to have the chorus only version in a separate text authority record. The tune, however, is the same.
