Net Hymnal vs. The Cyber Hymnal™

Since I consider nethymnal.org to be a thief (in the moral, not necessarily the legal, sense), I changed the citation for the bio info on the page on Hugh Wilson's source from nethymnal.org to hymntime.com/tch. The information is almost identical, and except for the one difference (in the arrangement of birth vs. baptism) the true source of nethymnal's content is The Cyber Hymnal™. In my opinion nethymnal.org should never be cited except if one has checked the item against The Cyber Hymnal, which is where virtually all of their content was taken from. (I call it theft because they also took, and would not return, the domain name cyberhymnal.org, even though later they deprecated it in their own usage.) I removed the last item
