170. By Faith I Draw Nigh

1 Now by faith I draw nigh,
“Abba, Father,” I cry,
I am saved by the death of His Son;
I am joyful in Him,
Full my cup to the brim;
I will praise Him for what He hath done.

2 For my wants He’ll provide,
Nothing good is denied
To the upright who walk in His way;
And as long as I live,
To His name will I give
All the honor and glory and praise.

3 Soon I’ll join the glad song
Of the glorified throng,
Who their garments have washed in His blood;
Giving glory to Him
Who did die to redeem,
And who brought me from Satan to God.
