68. The Gospel Army

1 Hark, I hear the gospel army,
As they grandly move along;
And the Lord of life and glory,
Is the captain of the throng!
Not for earthly power of honor,
They are moving on the foe;
But to conquer all for Jesus,
Who has loved the sinner so.

And their shining armor see;
Onward, gainst the hosts of evil,
