108c. My Heart Its God Would Sing

1 My heart its God would sing,
But ah, my powers are small.
Spirit of grace, Your helping bring,
And raise and claim them all.

2 At morn, at noon, at night,
In secret and abroad,
O make it still my chief delight,
To thank and praise my God!

3 Beyond the spreading sky,
Your love and truth extend.
Set up Your glory, LORD, on high,
And reign the sinner's Friend.

4 Let earth her Monarch know;
Set all Your people free:
And while Thou healest others' woe,
Be gracious, LORD, to me.
