Notes: |
The refrain should be sung simply and unhurriedly, feeling each bar as one. Accompaniment should be
sparse. Bells or chimes can be used by playing F and C together or alternating F and C on the first beats of
every measure. This pattern can continue under the reading of the psalm. At the conclusion of the psalm the
refrain may be sung several times in two or three part canon.
