220. Endue Me with Power

1 Lord, open my eyes to the work to be done,
The fields unto harvest are white;
Accept me I pray for Thy service today,
To win souls for God and right.

Refrain:
Endue me with power today,
Lord, with power to do and to dare;
Thy will ever gladly to do,
Lord, no matter when or where.

2 At home and abroad there is much to be done,
In giving and loving and pray’r;
Lord, give me a vision of wandering souls,
They’re perishing ev’rywhere. [Refrain]

3 Endue me with power to work in Thy name,
My time and my talents to give;
That some wand’ring one thro’ my service and pray’r,
May look unto Thee, and live. [Refrain]
