Welcome, Sabbath morning bright;
Up we rise, we need as warning,
Glad to see its opening light.
Glad to see the sun adorning
With tis beams this Sabbath morning.

Hearts so blithe and eyes so bright!
Off to school--we need no warning--
Off to school with footsteps light;
Lessons learning, we're adorning
Our young minds this Sabbath morning.
