1 I’ll trust my loving Saviour
Thro’ all life’s changing years;
I’ll seek His face in hours of joy,
I’ll look to Him thro’ tears.

He says He will not leave me,

2 How can I doubt this Saviour
Who died to set me free?
I know His love can never change,
He careth still for me. [Refrain]

3 I learn from those about me
This truth so clear and plain,—
That those who put their trust in Him
Do never trust in vain. [Refrain]

4 How sweet to know His wisdom
Will give me what is best,
To do His will with cheerful heart
And leave to Him the rest. [Refrain]

5 I’ll trust Him when the shadows
Of death are drawing nigh;
My soul at last to Heav’n He’ll guide,
