1 Here we all must part,
Here the aching heart
And the sorrow o’er and o’er must come;
But beyond the skies,
Joyful souls shall rise
When the loved ones are gathered home.

2 With a burdened mind
We are worse than blind,
For we cannot see the hand of God,
