113A. Let All Delight to Serve You, LORD

1 Let all delight to serve you, LORD,
the honors of your name record,
and ever bless your sacred name.
Where'er the circling sun displays
its rising beams or setting rays,
the lands and seas will do the same.

2 Nor time nor nature's narrow rounds
can give your vast dominion bounds;
the heav'ns are far below your heights;
our own created works won’t dare
to think with yours they can compare;
your pow'r shows all-creating might!

3 You bow your glorious head to view
what all the hosts of angels do,
and bend your care to earthly things;
your sov'reign hand exalts the poor,
receives the humble at your door
and makes them company for kings.
