1 The Lord grant you that living faith,
That may preserve you unto death;
O be ye faithful, never yield,
But keep your ground and gain the field.

2 Remember this throughout your days;
You are to walk in Jesus' ways;
Trust ye in him, he will defend
Your cause until your warfare end.
