Come, Holy Ghost, in might,
And make our weakness strong;
Renew our valour in the fight
Against the power of wrong.

Come, Holy Ghost, restore
The zeal our lives have lost;
And on our fainting spirits pour
The grace of Pentecost.

Come, Holy Ghost, in light,
Our hearts and minds to cheer,
And pierce the darkness of our night
Of ignorance and fear.

Come, Holy Ghost, in love,
Reveal the Love divine
That stooped to earth from heaven above,
In sympathy benign.

And while the ages run,
Our praise shall rise to Thee;
And to the Father and the Son,
One God, eternally.
