Text: | We All Believe In One True God |
Author: | T. Clausnitzer |

Tune: | CLAUSNITZER |
1 We all believe in one true God,
Father, Son, and Holy Ghost,
By the Cherubim adored
And the whole angelic host,
Wrought by His almighty hand,
Ever firm the world doth stand.
2 We all have faith in Jesus Christ
As the Son of God and man,
Who descended from His throne
And His course in sorrow ran.
By His blood redeemed from sin,
We the crown of life shall win.
3 And we confess the Holy Ghost,
By the Son and Father sent,
Who upholds and comforts us
When by earthly trials bent.
O Thou holy Trinity,
Praise forever be to Thee.
